Next, I'll uncover what you're truly looking for and create your ultimate wishlist. This wishlist should include things like your likes, dislikes, and must-haves so we can begin narrowing down the homes on the market that fit your criteria.


STEP 2: Prepare Your Finances

The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a home that's simply outside of your price range. Getting pre-approved for a loan will prevent this from happening and allow you to focus on looking at homes that not only meet your criteria but more importantly, fit within your price range.

If you are planning to finance your home without a mortgage, be prepared to have your liquid funds available as well as proof of funds with your offer.


STEP 3: Find the One

Not only will I send you listings that meet your criteria, but I'll also set you up on MLS alerts so new listings are sent straight to your inbox. After browsing homes online and visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll get together and decide which home is the one!


STEP 4: Write an Offer

I'll offer my professional opinion of value and help you write a competitive offer, which is important in such a competitive market. Lucky for you, I'm an expert in this market and you can count on me to always do what's in your best interest.

Once you have an accepted offer I will assist you every step of the way. I believe in a collaborative approach and I will help you initiate inspections and work with your lender throughout the appraisal and mortgage approval process. Not only is there negotiation needed on price, but it may be necessary after inspections and an appraisal. This may sound overwhelming, but I am here to make the process as easy as possible for you.


STEP 5: Close & Celebrate!

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream home.

On Closing day, the final paperwork is in and the home and keys are officially handed over to you. It is my goal that the first property you buy with me is only the beginning of our connection.
