The owner of a lot on Schooner Way in Manzanita approached me wanting to sell her lot. It was getting to be too much to take care of. She had originally purchased the lot to build a home, when shortly after the purchase, the larger lot next door came on the market and enticed her to build on it instead. Being in one of the most affordable Manzanita areas, combined with a couple of utilities included, we were able to quickly find the right buyers for the lot. The new owners for the Schooner Way lot found just what they were looking for in a property. The buyers wanted something affordable, that they could use seasonally when they retire and live part time between Oregon and Arizona. They also wanted something out of the tsunami zone. Now they are one step closer to realizing their retirement goals and the seller now has less land to manage and some great new neighbors.
